  • Free entry
  • mostly free exhibitions
  • massive tourist attraction
  • easy access, in the middle of city


Weaknesses

  • cafes are expensive
  • not really targeted at millenials, felt out of place, no areas for us to go.
  • because the museum is so big, you feel exhausted after looking at everything
  • so may kids and families so it feels uncomfortable for millenials
  • museum closes at 6pm

Opportunities


  • Museum could stay open later
  • needs to make millenials feel more included
  • make learning more fun


Threats

  • Internet is taking over, that's how millennials learn 
  • it's becoming somewhat childish and boring for millennials
  • other places like cafes and bars are the main attractions for mellenials, they don't want to go to a museum because they dont see it as fun
