Busy student from wellington juggling full-time study and part-time work. They are interesting in learning, but because they learn all day at uni in their spare time they want to take a break and catch up with friends. 

Needs
A fun and engaging way to learn about New Zealand history that motivates them to take a break out of their busy schedual to visit Te Papa. 

Insight
The user is interested in NZ history and wants to learn more but Te Papa isn't accessible because it closes at 6pm and the way information is displayed at Te Papa isn't engaging for millennials. Currently the Te Papa expereince is exsausting because of the over load of information. 

How might we statements

HMW use Te Papas extensive information and expertise to motivate young students to learn about New Zealand history and culture? 

HMW use the nostelgic exhibitions of Te Papa to reignite an interest in New Zealand history and bring back childhood memories?

It is difficult to meet new people at Te Papa because the current expereince is a mostly solo one. 

How might we statements

HMW create an inclusive space that will encourgae tourists enthusiasim to learn about New Zealand history and culture. 

HMW remove the solo museum expereince and create a collaborative and inclusive expereince.

Te Papa isn't open in the evenings so it is hard to fit in a visit to Te Papa without getting stuck in the busy Saturdays and Sundays full families.
