Our Big idea - revised
For millenials the traditional 9-5 work schedual is quickly becoming a relic of the past. Unusual work hours and weekend work are on the rise. It is now common for millenials to be juggling multiple part-time roles rather than a single full-time job. Some millenials also have university, which results in a full on work load. As a result they don't have spare time during the day.
Due to this shift in work patterns and university hours, millenials rely on the businesses that cater to this shift by incresing their opening hours.
Suprisingly "Te Papa" closes at 6pm every evening making it difficult to fit in regular visits.
Because of this our big idea is "Te Papa at Night"
These will be fortnightly events aimed at engaging a millenial audience with the extensive resources "Te Papa" has to offer.
